It is claimed that the store manager did contact the owner of the phone, Philip Sherman but before he arrived to pick up his phone, its contents were uploaded to a website for all to see.

The wife, Tina Sherman, is thought to be distraught after the incident and started to receive text messages on her own phone from people who saw her photos and wanted to contact her. They are suing McDonalds for $3 Million.
